Adobe classic on-premise JWT support

I am wondering if anyone can answer below questions.

Does Adobe campaign (classic on-premise) support JWT ( Jason web token) for web services/api access?. Does it only support soap based or restful API's.

For web services on classic, do we need additional licensing as well?.

    As far as I have seen it is supported for ACS and not for ACC. do let me know if you find something.
