Hi All,
We are full On-Prem Adobe Campaign Classic V7.
I was given the System Administrator access by licensing group, but I do not see the 'Campaign Control Panel' in the quick access list. Am I missing anything here. Please guide on how to access the 'Campaign control panel'.
Thanks & Regards,
Hari Krishna D

Hi Karikrishna,
I would check out the Deliverability best practices documentation below. While being fully on-premise Control Panel would not be usable, the documentation below should help you through the domain delegation and warm up processes.

Hi Hari,
The Administrator must add the user to the Product Profile Campaign-xxx-Admins for each instance that they would like to manage. If the user is an admin of all instances, they must add themselves as users.
Users do not see the links until they are added as users to Product Profile Campaign-xxx-Administrators/Admin.

I have reached out to Adobe support and below is their response:
I am worried that they do not have an understanding on my ask. Regardless, as an Adobe customer, we should have access to campaign control panel so we can verify the instances, handle the sub domains and so on.
What are your thoughts. Any Fully On-premise customer have access to Adobe control panel?
Thanks & Regards,

Hello @harikrishna_dev76
The response from Adobe support is accurate. On-prem instances does not support Control panel.
Control Panel shows the stats based on the access to instances. On a fully on-prem instance Adobe won't have access to your data and they can't report on it.
I hope that answers your question
