We worked with Security and Zscaler teams to test and manually pointing to proxy is allowing access.

Agent is splitting information, some traffic is allowed, some are not.

It is trying to bypass PAC file because ACC client appears to be inconsistently directing the traffic to Zscaler when using a Pac file
