Hi,
has anybody integrated Campaign with an Outbound Call Center Software Solution?
Is it possible to have Outbound Call be a step in an Adobe Campaign?

Hi Toby,
As far as I'm aware, we cannot setup outbound calls within Campaign and the only integration that I'm aware of with a call center is that we can generate the targeting, create an outbound file, send that file to an SFTP where it can be picked up and ingested from the Call Center side.

Robocalling? Would be a custom channel.

It is not really about "Robocalling" more about showing a potential to a call centre agent and have the call initiated once a call centre agent is avaible to talk.
