Description - Slack module/addon

Why is this feature important to you - Alerts

How would you like the feature to work - Allow workflows to trigger alerts to slack, an extra option in the workflow properties to configure under which state an alert will be triggered, also, enhance current workflow "Alert activity" to choose between email or slack alert or both.

Current Behaviour - non

 

I've seen clients developed their on integration with slack for monitoring purposes, but it would be nice to have a native module.

    100% agree with this feature. We use Slack webhooks integration for throwing messages & errors within workflows, but it would be good to have an additional option to throw the email-only alerts (failures, etc) to any webhook (Teams, Slack, Everest, etc)

    This should be available in both Classic and Standard

    Is there been any recent developments into AEP to Slack native integrations? (sans webhooks)

    Hi @david--garcia,

     

    Currently, there are no plans to integrate slack with AC alerts. As a workaround, you should use Control Panel where we list all the alerts on a calendar like feature.
