Would love to use in my Grab&Go Restaurant

would love to use Analytics, in my restaurant. My one location is serving minimum 300+ customers a day, 2nd location opening in 3 months. Currently no restaurant uses this product by adobe, i feel that I would  be the best start for the company. Who would I need to reach out too start using the product.
