Workspace - This project is empty!

Question: I'm coming across an issue in which our project gets wiped out after a user saves the project under a different name using "Save As" Is this a known issue?

Example:

Project 1 Name: Campaign Trend High Level

After saving a copy of Campaign Trend High Level to Campaign Name Asia, using Save As, Campaign Trend High Level project is completely empty and we get the message This project is empty!

Hi Wei,

I tried using the 'Save As' option at my end and it is working correctly. If you are still getting empty projects i would ask you to try using a different browser and if the issue still remains then reach out to ClientCare and create a ticket around it.

So far so good. If it does occur again, I'll raise it with ClientCare.
