Workspace ownership transference not working

I'm trying to change the ownership of a Workspace project created by another employee that left the company, but even after following all the steps needed and received the confirmation message, I'm not able to visualize the project in my account.

Is anyone else is facing the same issue when transferring assets at Adobe Analytics?
