Workspace: huge lag on downloading and emailing

There seems to be an issue with workspace downloading and emailing workspace reports. I have never had an issue before but today I do. I requested a report be emailed to me hours ago and it still hasn't been sent. I also have requested to download the project a few times and it doesn't download. I get the notification that my download request has been submitted, but nothing else happens.

I'm on a deadline with this project, so this is a definite problem. Is there some kind of issue with this tool today?

Bug already logged. Likely to be fixed with the August Maintenance Release.

I've noticed the lag time for download and email increasing.  Reports often turn up 4+ hours after they are requested. I'm hoping this is just a phase and not the new norm!

I am still facing the same issue from yesterday. Can anyone confirm when this issue fixes?
