windows 10 and adobe air problem

I have a work program that requires adobe air to run.  it shows it installed but in the setting it shows unavailable.  When trying  open documents to fill out, within our system it shows "error no PDF opener". I have windows 10 on a new computer.

I have the same problem. Adobe AIR shows completely installed but shows unavailable on settings. Can someone out here help us, please?
