Why some of the success searches (internal) appear in null/failed searches report?

Our null search event is set to bind evar2 which is internal search term. In evar2's null search event report i found some of the search terms are not null searches. Checked with implementation engineer and this is a tagging issue. Anyone knows why? Thx.

    Hi Peter,

     

    The code seems fine. I would contact ClientCare to request some raw data (Data feed), like on which page it is happening, which variables are send at the same time.

    You might have some more information to work on.

    Can you provide the code that you are using and a screen shot of what you have in SC ? 

    We do not have enough info to help you unfortunately as for now.
