Why does local file names show up in my Pages report

We haven't switched on s.pageName yet, and normally just see the URLs for our webpages.  However we do get randoms like the following:

file:///C:/Users/etc....

file:///localfile.....

Why do i get page's for content that looks like its on user's c drives?

I wouldn't block them by default, but filter out from reporting.

what you could do is adding a condition to the tag manager to check for "file://" in the URL (and kill tracking)

maybe because the user does not know how to make a bookmark and just save the html to desktop (for a quick access). when user opens the html, the local path is displayed and therefore appearing in your reporting.

Happening here too, and ursboller is correct as to why. Is there a way to block this from happening?

Thanks,
