why do I see Ping type server calls in the network tab?

which is the correct one Ping or gif and what is the difference between them?

Hi @swapna_0506 

these are requests sent as beacons from Adobe Analytics (when s.useBeacon is set to true).

Pings/Beacons are a special type of request that should be more robust against browser navigation i.e., the requsts should ideally not be cancelled when the brower intends to navigate away.

Side note: the payload gets typically harder to inspect by browser extensions. In that case, it is the easiest to click on the network request directly and have a look at the payload there.
