What is sub relation and co relation and when to use it in adobe analytics report? I am really confused.

These days, you don't have to worry about this any more, particularly if you're using Analysis Workspace for all of your reports.

Basically, both have to do with breakdowns. Subrelations refer to breakdowns between eVars only, and correlations refer to breakdowns between props only. https://advanced-web-metrics.blogspot.com/2016/04/comparing-correlations-and-subrelations.html
