Campaign Management deals with understanding your campaign performance across different inventories, different identifiers, different channels etc.
When you deal with different channels, it is considered Cross Channel Campaign Management i.e. Understanding your campaign performance across channels and attributing the right credit to your channels. The simple definition I can give!
