Web Services credentials in Experience Cloud mode?

Hi,

We recently switched from the old Adobe Analytics view to the Adobe Experience Cloud mode.

In the past, we could see the Web Services details such as "User name" and "Shared Secret" under Edit Profile section in the old view.

I can't find the details under Edit Profile after we started logging in through Adobe Experience Cloud.

Where can find the credentials now?

Thanks,

Aiyanna

Hi Aiyanna Kuttappa,

These are solution specific parameters. So, you will be able to find these details in Analytics UI. An Admin user can go to Admin -> Company Settings -> Web Services in the Adobe Analytics UI to get the list of all the users along with their Username and Shared Secret.

Hope it helps!

Thanks!

So a non Admin user like me can no longer see these details like we could in the past?

Yes Aiyanna Kuttappa.

Unless a non Admin user has access to "Company Settings", it can't be seen.

What do you do if you accidentally deleted the user in the Analytics UI and then had to re-create in Admin?  How do I generate a Shared Secret?   Thanks!

Hi @jenpwebfpl , The API web services credentials will be generated automatically once the user has been recreated, or administrators can regenerate them through the Analytics UI.
