Was the 1.4 DataSources.GetJobs API call Changed?

On Thursday May 21st 2020 and prior the api call would return me all the jobs that were in a datasource . Now it seems to be capped at the first 10k jobs. Was pagination added? If it was is there any documentation on the change?
