Visits for nth Visit Number
Would it be correct to say that - It's possible for a visitor visiting my site for the nth time (Visit Number-'n')
can have multiple visits(Visits metric >1) corresponding to that particular visit number?

Nope, that's not possible. A visitor can only have 1 visit per Visit Number.
