Hi,

I found info about sharing Visitor ID from App to website

I was wandering if the reverse process is possibile: starting a navigation on website and then opening the app sharing the same visitor ID.

As the document suggest you can hand over the visitor ID from App to web, however from web to app is not possible, and currently there is no such method available which can help this use case.

Is this still the case? Will the release of Launch rectify this functionality?
