View overlay of element tags in browser

Question

Is there a way to view, within the browser, where tags exist? Specifically I want to know what tags exist on buttons/links. Something similar to the Chrome developer tools that let you hover over an element to see details. I'd prefer to see visually all tags on the page using something like tooltips, but if I have to hover like the Chrome tool below I guess that would suffice. I don't see any such functionality in the Adobe Experience Platform Debugger extension. Thanks!

This sounds like a brilliant and interesting idea but I am not aware of any such extension that let you see that. Maybe some other expert in community have better idea on such tool.

Best I am aware of have used is Tagtician Chrome extension that shows the library codes associated with the click events. Unfortunately, this extension is currently blocked in my organization now and so I can't add screenshots.
