User Permissions: Control sharing and Downloads

Hi, 

just wondering if there is a way/setting in Adobe Analytics Admin console to create a user group that allows members of that product profile to view reports/workspace, but not to share or download reports in Adobe Analytics/Workspace.

Nope. Analysis Workspace projects are controlled by their own permission settings: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/analyze/analysis-workspace/curate-share/share-projects.html?lang=en
