User Account - How can you change the Last and First Name

Hi,

 

What kind or rights to you need in order to change the First and Last Name of a user in the admin console?

I have the below rights and I am not able to do it. 

 

Is the only solution to create a new account?

Hi @ydn 

You need an System administrator rights to edit the user profile then only you can changed the first and last name.

    You don't have a user management Admin access. Only admin will be having a privilege to edit the user details. you can contact admin to update the First and Last Name of a user
