use "activity map link" and page in Fallout in Workspace

To make my other asked question simple, I just would like to know:

Is it comparing apple to apple if I use following checkpoints in "Fallout" report in Workspace:

1st check point: Pagename=A

2nd check pint: Activity Map Link = "Contact"

And to see the fallout between them
