URL Mapping /Updated URLs to Old URLs

Hi, 

I need help creating a filter or set-up that allows me to map old URLs to new URLs. The issue is every-time we change a URL it messes with Historic data. 

Please See image attached - all of those pages are the same. I would like to set it up so that Adobe understands that a group of URLs are the same page, simply having an updated page name or URL string. My goal is to have more accurate YoY performance numbers.
