Understanding Adobe's Strategy & Methodology

I'm trying to prepare for the Business Practitioner exam but I'm having a hard time finding information on adobe's strategy from a theoretical standpoint. I get how to make reports, etc and there's a ton of documentation on how to do it. But for questions like, "what is adobe analytics methodology for visitors", I can't find any documentation on that kind of stuff. With Google Analytics, it's everywhere. If you want to learn GA, the theory is well documented. With Adobe, you have to buy into their semantics, which I'm more than willing to, but I need to be able learn it first.

Does anyone know where I can find Adobe Analytics' methodology rather than the how to's?

I agree that it is sometimes difficult to find the desired information. But I think the more you advance in Adobe Analytics "terms", the more easely you find the desired information.

regarding your question I assume that the solution is something like "cookie based with fallback options", you can read more here: Identifying Unique Visitors

I recommend you use the following links when searching for information:

1) adobe.ly/aaresources

2) Adobe Analytics Getting Started

3) Experience Cloud Help

Thanks for responding. That wasn't one of the possible answers but the first thing you recommended is pretty great. I downloaded the term list and will use that URL for additional support.
