Undefined error message - Adobe Analytics

Hey,

 

Since last few days, I am getting an undefined error, whenever I am opening my Analytics workspace.  2e3cf5e0-7943-4507-af37-4505fbf8307c (Attaching a picture for reference).

Would love to know what I can do about it.

I'm having the same issue. 

I have administration rights, and can access the reports I already have open, but I am unable to log in via another browser, or computer, and cannot access any other resources in Adobe.

    Hi Vainika,

     

    I've checked the error code : 2e3cf5e0-7943-4507-af37-4505fbf8307c internally, it \seems a bug with the service. 

     

    Please raise a support ticket with Adobe by mentioning the steps to replicate this behavior, and we'll be able to help you with this.
