Even though my account is configured as an admin and I have set up all the permissions in the product profile of Adobe Analytics, I keep on getting this error message: "You have successfully logged in, however no reports have been enabled for your account yet".
And in the product profiles tab, do you have a profile added to the Product with suites and tool permissions?
In the Admin Console there should be a menu link called Support. You can create tickets with Client Care there. Good luck!
