Unable to Set new Start Date on Scheduled Workspace Project

I used to be able to set a new start date on an already-scheduled Workspace report, but now it only lets me pick the time. Is this a bug? If not, this would mean we have to re-create reports every year - since I can't bump the start date.

Pretty sure this is by design.

Towards the end of the scheduled period, Analytics will send the user an email asking if they want to renew the schedule. Once you confirm this, it will be renewed for another year.
