unable to login to the ftp3.omniture.com

Hi,

I want to import a classification file via Filezilla to classify an eVar.  I have created the classification and the ftp location, however the connection to the server continues to be lost and I am in a loop of it trying to connect every 5 seconds.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Please check with your IT if you have IP Restrictions, if yes then you would want them to get Adobe's IPs whitelisted mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/analytics/kb/adobe-ip-addresses.html

Have you tried connecting on a different network?  I've found issues using Filezilla, dependent on IT network security configurations.
