Unable to Create In-Context Segment Due to ERROR

From Report Builder, when I attempt to create an In-Context Segment, the Segment Builder is supposed to launch in IE.  However, I receive the following error message.  

ERROR IMS SSO Failed: Found invalid IMS session data

When I enter my credentials, my default dashboard appears and my attempt to build my In-Context Segment appears to be lost or abandoned.  Is anyone else experiencing this?  What can I do to fix the issue?  Is there another manner in which I can create an In-Context Segment?

That looks to be a bug. I'd recommend having a supported user create an incident with customer care so we can have our engineering team take a look at it.
