Transfer of Scheduled Projects

Hi,

Is there a way to transfer the scheduled projects in adobe analytics from one user to another user?

Hi @jane_12 I don't think you can change the actual report but you can create a copy and assign it to a new user.

Hi Jane,

Go to Admin > Analytics Users & Assets

There, look for the user you want to transfer the report from

Select the user and select the 'transfer assets' option

There, you can deselect everything except that scheduled report and transfer to someone else by using the dropdown at the top (find the user you want to transfer to in that menu)

This will work to change the ownership of the project itself.. I am not sure if they are looking to change the ownership of the schedule itself?

So, yes, the report itself can have the ownership transferred as per @christel_guidon's instructions.. the actual schedule owner cannot as far as I am aware... however, given that the schedules can't exceed a year (they can be renewed), if this is the issue, you are probably better off just creating a new schedule and deleting the old one...

Oh, I should correct myself here... Adobe added "Scheduled Projects" at some point to the list of transferable assets... that didn't used to be an option.

@jane_12 you cannot transfer scheduled project in adobe analytics however if you know from which workspace project, it is scheduled, you can transfer that project to another user using menu Admin->  Analytics Users & Assets.

This way you can setup a new schedule for that specific project and if you have admin rights in adobe analytics, you can delete the old schedule.
