Time zone of Hour of Day dimension

Hello!

Just wondering and can't seem to figure out if the dimension of Hour of Day is pulling from where people are logging in from or if it's changed to the time zone I'm in pulling the data.

It would be the timezone configured for the report suite, check by going to Admin >> Report suite >> Select report suite >> Edit settings >> General >> General account settings
