Storage Duration in data element

Hi ,

I have a doubt regarding to storage duration can we use none storage duration  for all the created  Data elemets is there any problem if use None

Hi Ashok,

The above question of Data elements on storage duration is it related to Launch?

If so, I don't think you will have a problem in using None in Data element storage. Data Elements can be stored in 4 different scopes: Visitor, Session, Pageview, and None. This determines when you are able to recall stored values.

If you don't want the data element value to persist, you can choose None as the storage duration.

DataElement storage duration = none still not clearing the value on the next page for a SPA website. Do we need to use s.clearVars() at the end of the Rule?
