Could any one please help me in understanding the difference between Site Metrics Vs Site Totals Under Site Metrics in Report Builder?

Hi Ramy,

The Site Metrics and Site Totals are essentially the same. This is just how the API is structured on the Adobe's end. The Site Totals give you more metrics to work with. But the numbers should remain exactly the same.
