Segments not showing in report builder

Hi, I'm fairly new to using Adobe Analytics and i've created segments which are not showing in report builder. These have been created by the admin. Must be something very simple im missing. Please help.

Hi Wayne - were other people able to see the segments? 

Second question: are you sure the segments work correctly? If you can successfully apply the segment in SiteCat it should be appearing. Only asking because I know I've made segments that appear in my segment manager, but not in reports because the rules may be set so specifically that no data is captured.

Hi, Sorry i should have gone into more detail first time. Yes i tried logging out and back in again, i also shared the segments with all and got others to see if it could be seen in report builder. But most obviously created it as myself and logged into report builder as myself and couldnt see it.
