Segment for multiple visits, no sales

What would a segment look like to try and grab visitors who have visited the site more than X times, but have not made a purchase? We have a success event which fires when an order is placed with a value of 1 for each item in the order. (ex: order (event24) = 1)

Visitor container: visit number is greater than X

AND

Exclude visitor container: purchase/order event

Maybe just built a visitor level segment to look at the order event doesn't exist.  Then you could you could run the visit # number report to get a feel of good ranges if you wanted to build visit number condition segments to stack on.

Thanks for reaching out to Adobe Community.

You can create a segment definition where you can use the option to show Visit then in the container use Visit Number > X and then add another container and use the "And" use Order is equal to 0.
