I have to create segments in Adobe Analytics.
These segments use many different URLs, thus they are many conditions.
I heard that there is a way to import my URLs via a spreadsheet upload into Segment builder.
I'm seeking documentation on how to use the Segment builder spreadsheet upload.
Can this be done through classifications?

It is not possible to create a segment in the segment builder by uploading a file with segmentation criteria.
However, the classification is exactly what may help you reach the desired goal. You can either upload the classification as a file or configure a rule set for auto-classification.
