Seeing call related data in Adobe Omniture

I have a table of data - which has Adobe visitor ID mapped to call center data (call time, call duration etc). How can I view this data in Adobe SiteCatalyst or Omniture?

If you want to upload offline data into analytics you can make use of Data Sources. Here you would find all the information related to it - https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/datasources/
