Does implementing SDID impacts analytics data? Has anybody observed any weirdness in the data post implementation.

What I am seeing in my dataset is that Overall cart additions do not match with hit segment where cart addition exists + occurrences as a metric. Earlier the data used to match but post implementation it's not.

Can Target calls post SDID implementation have an impact on analytics data i.e. impacting out of the box metrics?
