Scheduled Workspace Not Sending Weekly Email

I've confirmed the scheduled Workspace has scheduled_ID & indicates in Components as delivered,

but no email has arrived to the distribution list & there's nothing in our spam trap.

Anything else to troubleshoot why this email, confirmed as starting today (2 hours ago) would not have

actually been sent after saving the project with it on Friday.

It seems this is because the project was scheduled to be sent out on Sundays and the starting day was set to 23-Sep which is Monday. In other words, the first delivery is now scheduled to 29-Sep.

Thanks, Andrey.

I had interpreted, incorrectly, the "Day of Week" for when the data cut-off that populates the report would be.

  • It might be helpful to either amend the online documentation on that or set the default value to = report start date.
