I am really wondering if somebody will be able to advise me, I am going mad here 😞
I created some marketing channel reports in AdHoc, which are delivered to the mailboxes of a group of users every day.
At first, it worked OK, with everyone being able to see to the details for every marketing campaign. But, the problem started as soon as a new marketing campaign was launched.
for this one, only the summary for the whole campaign is delivered, all the rows being collapsed. When I open the report in AdHoc, it is all good, in the e-mails all the rows (but only for the "new" stuff) are collapsed by default!
