Hi David,
This could be one possible reason. Are you still facing any issues? I'd advise in cases like these you to start by checking the system status on http://status.adobe.com/ . This would let you in case there are outages in the system.
Thanks
Nikhil

Hi,
Apologies for the inconvenience.
Could you please try to update to the latest version of RB and try again (in case you haven't already).
Kind Regards
Rahul

It's hard to tell....because when i try to select where I want the report to populate in Excel it does not allow me to pick A1 as the starting location - that option is shaded. If I select the single cell I get an error saying my report is bigger than the limit of 1 cell - So I tried selecting cells that coordinate to the layout of the report I was creating and then I get an error telling me to please select a single cell. These tools are necessary for my work - but it's been a wasted day as a result of these issues....issues that didn't seem to be acknowledged for some time, and it's almost 24 hours later and still keep retrying with no success.

Thanks, Rahul. My RB is 5.0.50.0. So this may not be the issue.

Hi Peter,
Do let us know in case you are still facing this issue? There was an outage a couple of days ago which could have caused this. I'd advise in cases like these you could also check the system status on http://status.adobe.com/
Thanks

Hi Nikhil,
SiteCatalyst has been down for me as well all day today. Could this issue be related to the outage earlier this week?

I have been trying to pull reporting via Report Builder since around 3:30 AM and it is now 11:15. It freezes, forces me to end process, I just can't get it to work normally. I'm also having some issues trying to use Ad Hoc - but at least there the data populates.

I am also having issues with Ad Hoc not being able to process large requests, I was able to do so on Friday Feb 6 but since then it is very slow and freezes and is causing a problem as I have internal clients who depend on these reports.

There were some intermittent issues that were not pinned down until just a couple hours ago. It was isolated to a specific data center and was sporadic between times and affected clients, but has since been resolved.
If you guys could try running your reports again to see if they're working again, that would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!

Same problem here since this morning, unable to log into RB, crashes Excel. status.adobe.com doesn't show any incidents.
