Are you referring to your Analytics scripts hosted on the https://assets.adobedtm.com domain? I assume you are not still actually using Adobe DTM as this was discontinued a few years ago in favour of "Launch" / "Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection"

 

Given that this is a Adobe hosted server, your ability to dig into it will be limited... I am not seeing delays on my side.. what issues are you seeing? It could be how your script has been added to your website (i.e. its added late in the execution chain, or it's being blocked by other scripts on the page, etc), or if there is an issue with loading, you may have to contact Client Care to look into this with you.
