Hi,
Our company has multiple Report Suites and the majority of users run Reports & Analytics in a Chrome browser. When opening the browser with the Omniture bookmark the Report Suite shown in the top right corner shows as 'X'. But when clicking on 'My Reports > View All Reports' the report suite shown to the right of the Search bar is 'Y'!
So when we select a report from the My Reports list, the report suite then automatically changes to 'Y'... Has anyone else noticed report suites changing? I can understand this could be a facet of multi tab browsing when using multiple reports/report suites on different tabs, but this happens when we first access to Adobe Analytics.
Thanks
Gary

Hi Gary,
What you see when you first login to Reports & Analytics is called a site overview report. Its basically a dashboard which has been set by default or some user and set as a landing page. So whenever you log in you see that dashboard irrespective the report suite you were working on.
You can customize this overview report. Click on your user tab on top right -> Click on the gear icon -> Manage Dashboards -> Add Dashboard -Here you have the option to set it as a landing page for report & analytics.
So if you want report shown for a particular report suite, you can create one and save as a landing page.
Hope this helps solve your query

Hi Gary,
Is this issue occurring across browsers? And does it only occur when you have multiple tabs open?

Hi Rahul,
This also happens in Firefox, and also from first login (on a single tab). Even though Report Suite 'X' is showing in the top right for my default dashboard, the report suite in the 'View All Reports' menu shows as 'Y'. This therefore means the reports in 'My Favourites' relate to Report Suite 'Y' and not the report suite being displayed in the top right!
Thanks
Gary

Would it be possible for you to post a snapshot of this?

Gary,
Thanks for the snapshot. That really helped.
A scenario where I've seen this happen is when the RS titled 'Cr' is a collection of multiple report suites while the one titled 'Th' is a single report suite.
If that's not the scenario in your case, I'd suggest you contact your account manager.
