Report Not Scheduling or Sharing

Hi, I am hoping someone can help me. I have created a report that needs to be scheduled for delivery every morning but it is not processing. When selecting existing users to receive the report and clicking send on schedule the page processes but never loads. I am also unable to share the report - the option is greyed out. Has anyone had this issue before and knows how to resolve it?

@patrickfox111  Can you please tell what type of report you are talking about here? Is it the Report Builder report or Workspace Project report or Datawarehouse report ?

Can you share the screenshot of that page ?

Hi @amgup I am using Workspace Project Report. I do not see an option to add a screenshot on here?
