Report Finder - Excel 365

Hi there

 

I recently upgraded to Excel 365.

 

When I open an excel file which previously had 'Report Finder' setup as a adobe analytics as an add-on - it is no longer available. 

I cannot seem to restore it in the recommended method as well. 

 

Would appreciate any help on this.

Hi @david_dare,
Please try the following steps:

  1. Download and install Report Builder by following this document: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/analyze/report-builder/report-builder-setup/t-install-arb.html?lang=en
  2. If you are still unable to see Add-ins in MS Excel, Open Excel and go to File >> Options
  3. Click on Add-ins
  4. Select COM add-in and click on Go.
  5. Check Adobe Report Builder and Adobe Report Builder Bridge.
  6. Save the settings and re-open Excel.
