Report builder Error - user does not have access to calculated metric

Hi guys,

 

I am experiencing an error as below.

It says "A system level error has occurred. user does not have access to calculated metric"

I've tried to re-start my PC and repeated to re log in for several times and still doesn't work.

Does any one know why I am getting this kind of error?

I am pretty sure that I have access to the calculated metric that I am trying to use.

When was the last time you were able to run this report successfully? Was is before the last Mr on Jan 16th?

 

Have you checked in the UI if you still have access to the Calculated metrics? Also check if there is any segments being used inside the metric and you also have access to that segment.
