Report Builder error "User login process was unsuccessful"

Hello, just installed RB 64-bit on Windows 10 / Excel 2016 (also both 64-bit).

My credentials and permissions are correct, but getting the error "User login process was unsuccessful"

Tried un-installing, re-installing, tried different versions of Excel and RB

Please help!

@reportbuilderfan  Can you please check if you have 'Web Service' access in you product profile from Admin Console? If not than please ask you system administrator to assign that permission in the product profile.
