Report Builder add-in and Schedule Reports not working

Report Builder and Adobe Marketing Cloud scheduled reports are failing to send and manual updates through Report Builder in Excel are taking several hours and eventually failing. This seems to be an issue for many people in my organization - any guidance on how to fix this would be appreciated.

This sounds like it needs to be a Client Care ticket...
