I am planning to take the analytics developer exam this month. Can someone, either who has taken the exam recently or knows about it, please tell if questions related to new topics like web sdk are also included in the exam?

If you want to take the newer version of the certification exam, it will cover the new topics as well. You want to take the AA developer exam, so you should start with the 'Adobe Analytics Developer Professional' certification.
